At Magick Touch, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to offering high-quality skincare products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and return policy below, aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


๐Ÿ” Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

You may return unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in its original, sealed packaging
  • You have valid proof of purchase
  • The item is not a clearance or promotional product

Return shipping is at your cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds will be issued if:

  • The returned item meets our eligibility criteria above
  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery

Once we receive and inspect the return, weโ€™ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
