No-Show and Cancellation Fees
A 100% fee of the appointment cost will be charged for no-shows.
Online bookings require full payment within thirty minutes (30 minutes) to confirm the appointment. If payment is not received within this time frame, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
The booking confirmation email is provisional and does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Online bookings are subject to a 100% cancellation/no-show fee if the scheduled appointment is not attended. Payments for such appointments are forfeited and non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount paid is forfeited. Clients will need to re-book for a new appointment.
Clients must call at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to cancel an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
Emergencies are understood; however, due to an increase in late cancellations and no-shows, the salon cannot bear these costs. No exceptions will be made to the Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy.
Refundable cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover management, administrative, and third-party costs associated with secured online payments. Refunds, net of processing fees, will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Fees for late cancellations/no-shows must be settled in the salon or via EFT before the next appointment. If unsettled, charges will be added to the next appointment for payment. Clients will be informed in-salon or via email of such charges.
Clients arriving over 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, and will forfeit their deposit or be charged 50% of the service fee. We strive to schedule the appropriate amount of time for each service to ensure quality for each customer.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. Rescheduled appointments must be made within 30 workdays. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of deposits or applicable cancellation fees. Appointments cannot be rescheduled more than once.
While the salon assumes no responsibility for reminding clients of their appointments, an automated email confirmation is sent on the day of booking, and an SMS reminder is sent the day before the appointment. If you do not receive these, your information may need to be updated in our system. Please contact our Booking Coordinators for assistance.
